How To Open and Use your Rattan Reeds and Diffuser

Now you are the happy owner of your beautiful beautiful PriSu Diffuser bottle, you may need to follow these simple steps to open the plug which has been used to keep the scent at its maximum

Step 1

To remove the plug from the fragrance oil bottle, unscrew the silver collar and place the bottle on a solid surface. Holding the bottle down with one hand, use pliers or a pair of scissors to grip and prise the plug lose. You can then pull it out with a cloth. Make sure you wipe any oil drops and wash your hands immediately.

Step 2

Screw back the silver collar back on top of the PriSu bottle

Step 3

Place the natural black reeds into the Diffuser bottle. Wait at least 5 minutes or so and then flip the reeds so that the dry ends are now in the oil. Allow 24 hours to let the reeds absorb the oil fragrance and the scent to diffuse

Step 4

If you prefer a less intense scent, please use fewer reeds (3 reeds) and also flip the reeds less often.

Step 5

To maintain your desired scent, you should flip your reeds every few days or more depending on your your desired scent levels

How to enjoy your new PriSu Reed Diffuser

For getting the best out of your new Reed diffuser, we recommend replacing your reeds each time you need a new bottle of fragrance oil. Although all our infusers are organic and alcohol free and the reeds all natural, dust, extra humidity and wear and tear gives the reeds a limited life expectancy.
Mixing reeds between different scents is also not great for either the reeds nor the fragrance oils. If you find that flipping the reeds doesn’t rejuvenate your chosen fragrance, please replace the reeds.
To dilute the fragrance, use fewer reeds and flip them less often as the aroma strength is very personal and subjective. Please DO NOT USE WATER to dilute your beautiful fragrance oil as not only does water not mix well with oil, it can damage your reeds.
The best location to put your lovely reed diffuser/s is in a high traffic area and where the air circulation can disperse the scent so you and your guests can appreciate the scent to its maximum. For instance in a lounge or front entrance/hallway or foyer is perfect for welcome people into your home.

Your PriSu reed diffuser will work best and last longer indoors where it can

subtly fill the room with a consistent fragrance for months. Placing it outside or
very near an external door or open window will dilute your experience of this beautiful aroma.
