We offer two delivery options for your purchases through the PriSu Website . Standard delivery for orders under 2kg and free 24 hour tracked delivery for all UK orders over £100.
Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours. In the event that an item is unavailable, we will notify you via email.

Please allow 5 working days for your delivery. (Monday to Friday only)
This is only available to orders under 2kg.
For orders over 2kg, our 24 hour tracked delivery will be the only available shipping method.
24 HOUR TRACKED DELIVERY
£6.95 (per delivery address) - UK Mainland. FREE for orders over £100.
Guaranteed delivery of your order within 24 hours provided your order is received by 12 noon. (Monday to Friday only)

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At PriSu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not entirely happy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 28 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, at our discretion, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.
Please take extra care to read the product care information which comes with each diffuser and candle, or refer to our product care section on the website, as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged. If goods are returned after 14 days of receipt, delivery charges will not be refunded. Please note unless the goods are faulty the cost of returning the goods must be met by the customer. Unfortunately this will not be reimbursed by PriSu.
MAKING RETURNS
To return any faulty products to us, please email at office@prisu.net, quoting your order number and marking the subject of your email with "RETURNS". If your request for return is accepted, you will be contacted via email with a returns number and further instructions. You will be required to pack the items in the same way that they were dispatched to you.
